Pets Are Welcome

At The Vista, we allow pets such as birds, cats, and dogs under 30 pounds with proof of required licenses and vaccinations. Pets must be registered with the community, always leashed, and kept out of common gathering areas.

The community hosts many fun (and free) social gatherings on-site, including two special dinner events each month and regular Happy Hour socials with light food, wine, and cocktails. Residents are also able to use the free cocktail lockers located in The Vista’s cozy gathering space, the Windmill, to store their own wine and spirits and enjoy cocktails by the roaring fire or while playing a game of cards with friends.
