Meet Tim Strasser, Executive Chef at The Vista, northern New Jersey’s premier retirement community. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Tim’s cooking creations have been honed by more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
