The Vista Receives Outstanding Scores in Resident Satisfaction Survey

The Vista has received exceptional results from its 2026 Independent Living Resident Engagement Survey conducted by Holleran, a nationally recognized research firm specializing in senior living communities. Based on these outstanding scores, Holleran recognized The Vista as a “Choice Community,” placing it among the top-performing communities for resident satisfaction and engagement.
The results demonstrate that The Vista significantly outperforms national benchmarks. The community earned the highest possible Engagement Index score of 8, a designation reserved for communities that excel across all key areas of resident engagement. Residents rated The Vista in the 88th percentile for Voice, 93rd percentile for Connection, 95th percentile for Fulfillment, and 96th percentile for Well-Being compared with Holleran’s national Independent Living benchmark, meaning The Vista scored higher than the vast majority of communities nationwide.
Individual satisfaction scores were equally impressive. Residents gave high ratings for Helpfulness of Concierge/Reception services (4.94), Staff Friendliness (4.88), and Safety and Security of the grounds (4.81), all placing among the top scores when compared with other senior living communities in the Holleran benchmark. Overall satisfaction with life at The Vista was also strong, with many key services and amenities ranking in the 90th percentile or higher nationally.
These impressive results are further reinforced by the high participation rate in the survey. 171 of 203 residents responded, an 84.2% response rate, well above the typical response rate for Independent Living surveys. These findings highlight the strong sense of community, engagement, and quality of life residents experience at The Vista and reflect the dedication of the staff and leadership team to creating an exceptional living environment.
