Please join The Vista’s Executive Chef, Mark Sokolofsky, for a live cheesecake baking demonstration at The Vista. Chef Mark will show you step by step how to make amazing mini cheesecakes and will share some of the recipes he is the most excited about bringing to life at The Vista. In addition to attending the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Sokolofsky was trained by a French pastry chef and really knows his way around a kitchen – and a cheesecake!
