Good news for the new year: The Vista will be working towards breaking ground in 2018!
“We’re very excited for what 2018 will bring,” said Douglas A. Struyk, CPA, LNHA, Christian Health’s President and CEO. “We have had such a positive response in the market. Only a few more reservation deposits are needed, and The Vista can proceed to financing and construction.”
What great news for this new year! Appointments will soon be made for depositors to transition to binding contracts. At that time, you will choose your refundability preference and contract type: fee-for-service or Life Care. Vantage Club members will be asked to sign a Financing Agreement contract which acknowledges that your 10-percent Reservation Deposit (the funds that you have already paid and are being held in an escrow account) is now binding, and that you plan to move to The Vista when your apartment is available for occupancy.
If you aren’t a Vantage Club member there is still time to join and receive great benefits. Click here to learn more.
